At Seadrift Press, we want you to be completely happy with your purchased book. Below you’ll find our simple returns and refund policy.

We take great care to ensure every book is produced and packaged to a high standard.
Returns:
We accept returns only for defective or damaged books. If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact form or by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any photos you wish to share.
Please do not return your book without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the book back. We will cover the cost of return postage for defective items.
Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days, or you may request an exchange for the same title rather than a refund.
