By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Ordering

  • If ordering for delivery outside the UK please enquire at [email protected]

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  • If you wish to send any items to an address other than your own please enter your billing address and your chosen delivery address during checkout.

  • Payment is made in full at the time of ordering. Delivery charges for the UK are visible during checkout.

  • Your order will be confirmed via email once payment has been processed.

  • All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).

  • We accept payment through PayPal or via Stripe with a credit or debit card.

2. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 3 working days from the date of your order, although at busy times and holidays this may be longer. If necessary we will advise you of any delays by email when you place your order.

  • We ship books to all UK addresses using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery times are subject to Royal Mail carrying out their stated delivery of '2 to 3 business days'. For more information please refer to the Royal Mail's website.

  • Your Royal Mail tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch.

  • We ship to other countries outside the UK via Royal Mail Tracked, but please be aware that international shipments may incur extra shipping costs, customs fees, or delays, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel your order and return the book within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK consumer law.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us via [email protected] to do so.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process.
